Dr. Jessi Andrino, Psy.D. first came to Psychological Consulting Services (PCS) as a doctoral practicum student after which she then returned as a Postdoctoral Resident under the supervision of Dr. Brecken Blades. During her training she developed a passion for treating those in a forensic population with the idea of creating “no more victims,” while also helping to create “happy, healthy humans.”

Dr. Andrino obtained her doctorate from Midwestern University Clinical Psychology program along with a concurrent Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Prior to her doctoral degree Dr. Andrino received a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology: Professional Licensure Track from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. To date, Dr. Andrino’s training has included multiple forensic private practices specializing in and assessing perpetrators of sexual abuse, competency evaluations, and working with individuals referred by the Department of Child Safety, and a college counseling center to include general mental health counseling and crisis intervention. Forensic populations have been a passion for her, and Dr. Andrino enjoys completing assessments and providing psychological treatment for individuals within the community as well as the legal system.

She has training and experience related to sexual abuse, sexual behavior problems, etiology of sexual abuse, risk assessment, psychosexual evaluations, crisis intervention, general psychological evaluations, and various therapeutic interventions to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and specialized assessments to include the Static 99R, SOTIPS, Abel Assessment, and MSI as well as additional various psychological assessments.

At PCS, Dr. Andrino provides group and individual treatment to perpetrators of sexual abuse. She provides assessment and treatment to juveniles and adults with sexual behavior problems. She provides therapy to individuals in need of mental health treatment both forensically and within the community. She also conducts annual review evaluations of individuals who have successfully completed sexual offender treatment with probation. Dr. Andrino works with various state agencies such as Maricopa County Adult Probation, Pinal County Adult Probation, Arizona Department of Corrections, and various courts of various counties, all under the direct supervision of Dr. Brecken Blades.
